The Service and Accounts
Maillerr provides tools for creating, managing, sending, and reporting on email campaigns. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 or have legal capacity to use the service.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Maillerr for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content, purchased or scraped lists, unauthorized marketing, infringement, or attempts to bypass security, sending limits, or account restrictions. You are responsible for required consent, identification, unsubscribe options, and compliance with applicable laws.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of content and contact data submitted to Maillerr. You grant Samitech a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to use it.
Plans and Payments
Paid features, prices, limits, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We may suspend paid features for failed or overdue payments.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in breaches, abuse, fraud, spam, security risks, or unpaid charges. You may stop using the service or request closure by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
Maillerr may integrate with hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, and email delivery providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of every email, or particular campaign results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samitech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability will not exceed amounts paid to Samitech during the preceding twelve months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the , unless applicable law requires otherwise.
